Responsibilities:

Organization-

  • Keep kitchen surfaces and equipment clean and sanitized

  • Write and follow prep lists

  • Follow recipes and notate any changes needed

Communication-

  • Add items to shop list when needed

  • Let managers know any change in schedule

  • Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish goals

Requirements

  • Interest in Culinary Arts and curiosity to learn

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Customer Service-

  • Make Secret City Kitchen products consistent with attention to detail

  • Keep front of house tidy and clean

  • Keep money organized

  • Prioritize guests needs

  • Maintain inventory
